Hi! Bonjour! My name is Sarah Choquette-Fuks and I am a bilingual Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) registered in the province of Ontario through the College of Dietitians of Ontario (CDO). RD’s are trusted experts on how food and nutrition can affect your health cdo.on.ca/en.
I completed my Bachelor in Nutritional Sciences at McGill University which included an integrated internship program encompassing clinical, community and food service rotations.
I have been a Registered Dietitian for close to 6 years and I am passionate about food, seriously passionate! I even made a career out of it. Since December 2006 I have been working to help people meet their nutritional goals one food group at a time, even the foods not on Canada’s Food Guide!
